“Ubud Open Studios is one of the most exciting art events in Bali, offering the public direct access to artists' studios, creative spaces, workshops, and artisan houses, which are usually not open to the public.”
Through the OTW KEN 2026 (Open Trip With Karisma Event Nusantara) program with Expediso, participants will be invited to explore Ubud's creative side through an immersive experience that combines contemporary art, traditional craftsmanship, sustainability, wellness, and Balinese slow living. Over the three-day festival, participants will visit a selection of studios curated by area to ensure a comfortable and minimal travel time. Participants will also have the opportunity to meet artists directly, observe their creative processes, and participate in workshops and cultural sessions unique to Ubud. This trip is designed not as a typical gallery hopping trip, but rather as a creative retreat experience to appreciate how art is a part of Ubud's life.
